For anyone wondering why there was a 73 mile lag between dots today, the administrator of iBoat warned me about this. He said, don't panic if they drop off the map. There is an area in the middle of the Atlantic that is not well covered by their satellites (too far north to be the Bermuda Triangle). I notice it this morning when I checked at 9:00am and the last dot was posted at 2:00am. Looks like they are back on the map now (for the time being).

Worry, worry not,
for it will never stop,
forward, forward pushes Scott,
never worry 'bout the dot.
Hi Scott & Eric,
This is SO MUCH bigger water than ol' Lake Winnebago! What a fabulous father/son "outing". Enjoy. Godspeed.
Jeff
Hey Guys,
Wiley here. I hope the sail is going well. Life back here in Florida is pretty lame and depressing compared to spending every waking moment with you guys sailing. Although I am sure the boat smells a hell of a lot better without me onboard.
My oh my, have they stopped?
Circles, circles like a busy mop;
Pressure is low, I think not;
South and east should go the dot.
Talk about pushing it, Jim.
The first poem was kind of cute.
This last one would have to be classified as lame! I do agree with the south and east part though.
Dots in the ocean
make the rest of us confused.
Go to the Azores!
0.6 kts makes me wonder, I think we might make it to the Azores first...we'll have the rum punch ready for you all.
I'm not a sailer but there is a cluster of 4 dots, you aren't going in a circle are you????
Lisa W ;)
NO worries...no bad poetry from me! your dots look so small!! hope things are well, rum punch sounds so good...i think i'll make some and sip it on my balcony...I know not the same at all but you do the best you can! smootches annie
East for now she goes
seas subsiding, waves to slow
Azores one week from all!
Hope there's a blow
So you don't go so slow
Winds to the stern
Will make confidence reaffirm
Love Kevin and Laurel
Almost there, just 580 nm to Newfoundland.
Wynken, Blynken and Nod one night
Sailed off in a wooden shoe
Sailed on a river of crystal light
Into a sea of dew.

Who knows where our dreams will take us...just look at the three of you. You are so close to your destination of the Azores. How many dolphins, whales and other magnificant sights of the sea have you witnessed!!! Can't wait until your next update. Bets are on that you will make the Azores close to when Diane and Robyn arrive there. If you think of it, once everyone is settled and you find a seaside table and sit with the sun in your face... if someone could order a cubra libre for me and drink it up, I could for a brief moment, live vicariously through you.
Take care....
Just 404nm to Flores, but don't go there. We'll meet you on Faial! You bring the freshly caught tuna we'll bring two small bags of pretzels from the flight! We'll eat like kings!
See you soon,
Robyn
